Resourcing ApS helps companies obtain spare parts that are otherwise discontinued, difficult to find or have excessively long delivery times.

Behind the company is Tobias Vagner Pedersen , a specialist in sourcing industrial components with particular strength in automation parts. With almost a decade of experience from both the international and Danish market, I usually say that I have the next 10 years of experience .

My career began at EU Automation in the UK, where I spent three years working in global sourcing of industrial spare parts. This was followed by four years at Pro-Consult in Denmark, where I helped both large manufacturing companies and smaller installers find critical components — often when time was tight and standard suppliers had to give up.

Today, I run Resourcing ApS with one clear focus: finding solutions quickly, efficiently and at the right price.

I know the cost of downtime. When a machine is down, it's not just a spare part — it's production, delivery and the bottom line. That's why I work quickly and purposefully, and in the vast majority of cases I have a solution ready within an hour.

My international network of suppliers makes it possible to find discontinued parts, alternative manufacturers and better prices than the usual channels. I don't just want to find the product — I want to find the right product at the right price .

At Resourcing ApS, we take the working environment seriously. That's why we have a dedicated HR department that ensures daily breaks, fresh air and a reasonable level of activity.

The HR consultants are always ready for a walk, keep a close eye on lunch breaks and are experts at reminding you not to work all day.

However, their skills in sourcing discontinued spare parts are limited.
On the other hand, there is always a good atmosphere and loyal support with them in the office.
